You'll also help employees understand their benefits and determine where they may need added financial protection.
An office is not a productive office without an efficient office manager. As an office manager, you support company operations by maintaining office systems. Your constant increase of professional, technical and industry knowledge helps to contribute to team efforts. As the office manager you keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; and identifying risk.
The Call Center Sales Representative is primarily responsible for contacting business owners over the phone and presenting effective and efficient value-added programs and various other programs. Upon receipt of an inbound call or an inquiry from our website, the Call Center Sales Representative may, in fact, be the voice of the company. Therefore, excellent people skills are a must. Ultimately, this person will be scheduling appointments with business owners for our ASR to follow up.
The work of the ASR can be intense. Therefore, an Administrative Assistant / Coordinator is needed to keep scheduling of presentations and enrollments flowing efficiently. The Coordinator aspect of the job is a system detailed position that requires in-house training and MicroSoft Office/ Excel expertise. Knowledge of billing and payroll systems is essential to assisting clients with payments.
